FAQ

Payment

A non-refundable minimum retainer of $1000 is required to secure your booking and date. This is deducted from your total invoice when confirmed.

The remainder invoice is split into two part payments.

This fee is a non-refundable retainer, paid upon execution of this agreement, which secures my commitment to undertake the specified services for the agreed-upon period or project scope, and is paid in advance at booking to compensate me for dedicating my time, resources, and expertise to your matter, thereby preventing me from accepting other client matters during that time and for the time on your wedding date.

How long does it take to receive our gallery?

My complete photography editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Sneak Previews are delivered within 24 hours.

iPhone content - as per assigned Content Creator terms. iPhone content delivered 12-24 hours *sometimes instantly.

Video - as per assigned Videographer's terms.

Can we chat?

Yes, I do recommend a video chat. If you have your date - great, venue locked in? - great too but if you haven't locked this in yet and you aren't sure where to start then definitely lets chat.
